• Advance Payment:

  A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and secure your order. This payment will be credited towards the final bill, and the remaining balance must be paid before delivery.

• No Cash on Delivery (COD):

  Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All payments must be made in advance as per our payment policy.

• Order Cancellations and Modifications:

  Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellations or modifications will be subject to approval and may incur additional charges depending on the progress of the order.

• Delivery Time:

  Delivery timelines will be confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. However, please note that any unforeseen delays in production or shipping may occur. We will notify you of any changes.

• Quality Assurance:

  We take pride in the quality of our products. Should there be any issues with the product quality or discrepancies, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. No claims will be entertained after this period.

• Refunds:

  Since our products are customized or made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your order.

• Exchange Policy:

  Exchange is subject to the approval of RAJWARA By Jaanisha. Exchanges will only be processed in case of manufacturing defects or errors in the order. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

• Customer Responsibility:

  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct details (size, color, design, delivery address, etc.) are provided at the time of ordering. Any mistakes made due to incorrect information provided by the customer may result in additional charges for corrections.

• Privacy and Confidentiality:

  We value your privacy and will not share your personal details with third parties without your consent. All transactions are securely processed.
